Event listings and accuracy

Always confirm critical details with the official event website before making travel or purchase decisions.

Some listings link to external event websites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of external sites.

Registration and payments

Some events accept registration directly through the site. When you register, you agree to provide accurate contact information. If an event has a fee, payment is processed securely by Stripe; a processing fee may be added and is shown before you pay.

Refunds and cancellations for individual events are governed by the policies of the event organizer. Contact the organizer for refund requests. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

Intellectual property

The site design, branding, and original content are the property of Agile Brand Calendar and its operators. Event names, logos, and descriptions belong to their respective organizers and are shown for informational purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agile Brand Calendar and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site — including reliance on event information, cancelled or changed events, or losses related to travel or registrations.
